Message
from our Superintendent
Welcome back to a challenging school year. I am very fortunate
that I have the opportunity once again to be your educational
leader. The break this past school year, allowed me to be
a grassroots teacher in the working educational field. The
student/teacher relationship was so rewarding and enlightened
me to what education is all about, learning, and providing
that support for each student.
It also made me aware that it is crucial that we utilize
all the opportunities for trainings in the past and present,
to design a quality educational program for our students.
I realize how imperative it is that the teaching staff be
allowed to teach and that we as an administrative team construct
an environment to allow that to happen. Our school improvement
efforts will be centered on providing those avenues for reaching
our proficiency levels in Reading and Math.
I have every confidence in our entire staff that the will
be working towards achieving our goals. The theme for this year is "Promoting Student Leaders". When we are
working on our plans for this year, we must remember that
we need to connect, communicate, create, compute, collaborate,
think critically, and integrate our culture.
